ICAR-CIFE, Mumbai was awarded the ‘Cashless ICAR Institute Award’ on 14th February, 2017 at A. P. Shinde Auditorium, NASC Complex, New Delhi in the Vice-Chancellor/Director’s Conference.

The award carries cash prize of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs only). The award was handed over to Dr. Gopal Krishna, Director, ICAR-CIFE, Mumbai by Hon’ble Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries Welfare Shri Radha Mohan Singh in presence of Minister of State Shri Purushotham Bhai Rupala, Secretary DARE & Director General, ICAR Dr. Trilochan Mohapatra and Additional Secretary DARE & Secretary ICAR Shri Chhabilendra Roul and Additional Secretary DARE & Financial Advisor Shri S. K. Singh.
