Demonstrated raising of carp fingerlings and rearing of ornamental fishes in cages in various states. (H.P., M.P., Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Rajasthan). The Division has been instrumental in bagging for the Institute, the biennial Equator Prize 2012 of the UNDP in the year 2012-13.
