CIFE with 94 committed scientists and 88 technical personnel from across the country engaged in teaching the postgraduate courses and researching in the identified thrust areas is a reservoir of talent. Their efforts have made ICAR-CIFE the numero uno in imparting professional and entrepreneurial training in the fisheries sector.

Scientists

With a team of scientists and state-of-art infrastructure facilities, CIFE is actively partnering the knowledge led revolution & transforming subsistence level fisheries into economically, socially acceptable and ecologically sustainable occupations.

Technical Staff

Our Technical team improve a oranisations operating systems and infrastructure. They review internal processes, mechanisms and procedures, test system efficiency on a regular basis and provide routine maintenance work to meet requirements.

Admin Staff

Our Administrative team ensures providing support for efficient operation of the office, support scientists and students through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Supporting Staff

Our Support Staff are responsible for routine office tasks that other employees are too busy to handle.
