Dr Soottawat Benjakul, Professor (Seafood science & Technology) and Dr Thummanoon Prodpran, Asst prof.( Material Product technology) from Prince of Songkla University, Thailand visited ICAR-CIFE on 16^th & 17^th August, 2016. Prof. Benjakool, one of the prominent food scientists in the world, has been adjudged the best researcher of Thailand in the year 2008 & 2011.

On his transit, he delivered a lecture at CIFE and interacted with scientists and technical officers of Post-Harvest Technology Division. The visit enhanced the scope of collaboration and exchange programmes.
