Quotation are invited in sealed with “super scribed Quotation” envelop for Purchase of 1) Vertical Showcase with glass door (Freezer), 2) Refrigerator 3) Deep Freezers. as per specification given below. Due date for opening the quotation will be on 20.03.07.at 3.00 Pm. The rates should be valid for Six months from the date of issue of your quotation.

Quotation received after the due date will not be entertained. The undersigned reserved the right to accept or reject any or all the items whether lowest rate or not without any reasons for non-acceptance of any quotation. CST/MST, Registration No should be mentioned in the Quotation letter.

In case the quotation is accepted and firm order is placed the items will have to be delivered to this institute. No delivery charges will be paid for this purpose if service is not satisfactory the CONTRACT will be terminated at any stage.
